This policy explains what personal information NigmaTV collects through this website (nigma-tv.online) and when you use the service, why we use it, how long we keep it and what choices you have. See also our Terms of Service.

We only collect the information we need to set up and manage your subscription:
- the name you give us;
- your WhatsApp number, because orders, the free trial and support all go through WhatsApp;
- your order details: the plan, its length, the number of devices, the order date and the login details assigned to you;
- anything you choose to tell us when you ask for help, such as your device or the IPTV app you use.
The contact form and the free trial form on this site do not send anything to our servers: they open WhatsApp with your message already written, and you decide whether to send it.
Technical data
This site does not use analytics tools or advertising cookies. Like any website, the server that hosts it may record technical connection data in its logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) for security and to keep the site running.

- with whoever processes your payment, limited to what is needed for the payment;
- with the provider that hosts this website, for the technical logs described above;
- with the authorities, when the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as your subscription runs and for the time needed for support and to handle any claim, then we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Security
We protect your information with reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so please keep your login details to yourself and never share them with anyone.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information for a particular purpose.

7. Other websites
This site links to other services, such as WhatsApp and app stores. They apply their own privacy policies, and NigmaTV is not responsible for them.
8. Children
NigmaTV is for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of its last update.
