The 12-month plan costs $69.99 for 1 device ($5.83 a month), $120 for 2 devices ($10 a month), $179 for 3 devices ($14.92 a month) and $220 for 4 devices ($18.33 a month). It's paid once, with no contract.

No. Every NigmaTV plan includes the same 61,000+ live channels, the same 160,000+ movies and series, the TV guide (EPG), catch-up TV and 24/7 support. A longer plan only lowers the price per month.

No. Each plan is prepaid: you pay once for the length you choose, with no contract. The monthly figures on this page are only there to compare plans. When your plan ends, message us on WhatsApp to order a new one.

Refunds are generally not offered once your login details have been delivered and the service has been used. The exceptions: (a) you were charged in error, for example a duplicate payment; (b) you did not receive your login details within 24 hours of payment; or (c) the service was completely unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side that we could not fix. Requests must be made within 48 hours of the issue, and we answer within 2 business days. That's why we recommend the free trial first.
